PAAI Windows provides tools for precise measurements. However, the accuracy of measurements is guaranteed only when both the app and the associated dashboard are used correctly. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the app's usage guidelines.
3. User-Generated Content
By using PAAI Windows, you agree to allow PAAI Metrics, LLC to use photos or other data you capture with the app for further artificial intelligence (AI) training and development purposes. All data usage will comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

5. Subscription Payments
Access to PAAI Windows is subscription-based. In the event of a missed payment, you will have a 3-day grace period to rectify the issue. If payment is not received within this grace period, your access to the app will be terminated until the outstanding balance is paid.

PAAI Metrics, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to data loss, inaccuracies, or software malfunctions.
7. Changes to Terms
