Cross-industry Vision
The concept of PAAI Metrics began with a home-remodeling executive looking to solve an industry problem. Through several conversations with a leading AI professor the idea grew from just one product to a series of products and services. Michael and Hamed decided to create a company together and start working on the first, and biggest challenege which would set the groundwork for all other products.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple, we want to create great AI solutions for the markets that are not getting attention from the big tech companies.
We accomplish this in one of three different ways. Some of our products are of our own idea and creation. Some of our work is creating a project for another person or businesses based on their specific needs and budget. Lastly, we are open to the concept of partnering on a product that we believe in even if the ideator cannot afford the cost of development.
Our Team
Michael Vineyard grew up in the residential construction industry mainly working in new construction. After 10 years in the military Michael received his Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Concordia University in St. Paul. Michael continued working in the construction industries in director and executive-level positions. It was hard not to see potential for technology in various skilled-trade industries but was unable to keep up with the fast-paced-growth of the technology industry while working in construction so he decided to combine his expertise in skilled-trade with Hamed's expertise in AI to co-found PAAI Metrics and ultimately create PAAI-Windows. 
Dr. Hamed Tabkhi received a Masters of Science in Computer Engineering from the most prestigous school, Sharif University, in Iran and his Ph.D in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University. Now he is the head of the AI department at University of North Carolina in Charlotte and co-founder of PAAI Metrics. Through the university, Hamed is working on several AI projects for the state government and regularly appears on news interviews about his state-of-the-art projects. When it comes to AI, there are few minds at this level of innovation.
